The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Comfortable bed (which is a massive for us travelling all the time). Good blackout curtains. Facilities were as they should be. Plenty of channels on the tv and the tv being placed well in the room. Excellent water pressure and temperature with the shower. The owners are friendly and relaxed. Double glazed windows etc etc etc. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Ashburton.

This was a pleasant surprise. The layout of the complex was very good with a garden at the rear and lots of greenery. Inside the studio room, the layout worked really well with a lot of nice extra touches, including a work area and a kitchenette. The bed was super comfy, and it was very restful. The bathroom was well laid out with a super shower The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness and facility maintenance is always top notch, thus we know we can count on a clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price. Addionally, the rooms have more than the basics for amenities, which is a nice feature.

Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Reception provided some milk for tea and coffee on check in which was much appreciated.
